The opportunity

We’re expanding into new markets, and we’re looking for an ambitious Market Entry & Expansion Specialist to help lead the charge. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing market launches, managing complex data analysis, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in our growth, working closely with the Market Entry & Expansion team in Copenhagen and the local teams in the new markets to drive success from day one.

The job

As our Market Entry & Expansion Specialist, you’ll lead the coordination of projects, manage stakeholders, and make sure each step is aligned with our ambitious growth plans. Your key focus will be ensuring smooth market launches by diving deep into data and overseeing operational execution. 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Project Management: Keep everything on track with Gantt charts, Trello boards, and stakeholder coordination.
• Data Analysis: Use SQL, PowerBI, and Excel to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure we’re always delivering the highest standards of service and compliance in new markets.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless market entries and efficient handovers to local operations.

About you

• Project management experience and a knack for using tools like Trello, Gantt and Outlook.
  
• You have a structured mindset, keeping projects on track and organized from start to finish.
  
• You’re an analytical thinker who thrives on solving complex problems with data.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy traveling, as you’ll be hands-on in multiple markets.
  
• You’re a strong communicator, fluent in Danish and English, and you can easily align with stakeholders across departments.
