Role overview 

As our Tech Lead and Co-Founder, you will be the driving force behind the technological implementation, vision, and strategy of our products. This is a hands-on role where you will own the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation. You will work closely with the founding team and our partners to bring our groundbreaking ideas to life. 

A strong understanding of technologies in the context of fast-release cycles and generative AI is essential.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Create our tech roadmap and work hands-on with the development of our products 

• Architect and build scalable, sustainable AI-solutions that set new industry standards 

• Assemble and inspire a top-tier tech team to collaboratively develop and execute our product roadmap

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals 

• Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of industry trends 

• Assemble and inspire a top-tier tech team to collaboratively develop and execute the product roadmap.

Skills & qualifications 

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience as a full-stack developer with proficiency in various programming languages and modern frameworks.  

• Passionate about AI: You're excited about the transformative power of AI and have experience integrating AI within SaaS systems.

• Collaboration: Skilled in working with external tech teams and partners.  

• Leadership: Ability to build and lead high-performing tech teams. 

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to adapt and multitask.  

• Soft skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.  

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate, or the construction industry is a plus.
