Sustainability Advocates at Station, Copenhagen, is looking for a motivated and dedicated Project Manager to lead our blog and newsletter project, a key initiative that drives meaningful conversations on sustainability topics.
Sustainability Advocates is a vibrant program at Station in Copenhagen, dedicated to empowering students and young professionals to become leaders in sustainability through hands-on projects and educational initiatives. Our newsletter focuses on topics such as biodiversity, climate action, and sustainability, and is designed to inspire our community to take action for a better future.
As the Project Manager for our newsletter, you will play an essential role in managing the content and ensuring its impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the editorial calendar, ensuring articles are planned, updated, and scheduled at least one month in advance.
Ensuring all articles are finalized and posted before deadlines to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
Conducting biweekly meetings with our passionate team of writers and contributors to offer guidance, encouragement, and support.
Providing feedback and constructive advice on articles to help contributors improve their writing and maintain the high quality of our content.
Helping with outreach and potential interviews, connecting the team with experts and inspiring voices in the sustainability field.
Offering guidance to overcome challenges related to article creation and development, ensuring the content is engaging and impactful.
