We’re seeking a highly skilled Outbound Marketing Specialist (m/f/x) with a proven track record in B2B outbound marketing, within the SaaS industry and specifically PLG driven. This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of generating new business opportunities and scaling products through creative, data-driven, and customer-centric approaches. You’ll be working closely with a global team (primarily based in Copenhagen, Denmark) and must have strong digital communication skills to collaborate effectively in this setting.
Drive Outbound Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimise outbound strategies to attract and engage high-value B2B prospects. Your focus will be on creating impactful outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Market Research & Segmentation: Identify, research, and build target prospect lists to fuel outbound campaigns. Tailor messaging and strategies to resonate with specific buyer personas.
Growth Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and lead experiments across different channels to find scalable tactics for lead generation.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handoff and effective nurturing of potential clients.
Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance, extract insights, and iterate on strategies to achieve key metrics like lead quality, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
B2B Outbound Experience: Proven expertise in leading outbound efforts, within a B2B SaaS environment. You know how to generate demand without relying on paid ads.
Product-Led Growth Knowledge: Experience with PLG models and driving adoption through user-centric strategies is a must. Bonus if you’ve worked on software products that have a self-serve or freemium model.
Remote Work Proficiency: Experience working in a fully remote or hybrid setting, with excellent digital communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: You’re able to measure what works, what doesn’t, and optimize accordingly. Skilled at using tools like HubSpot or similar CRM and analytics platforms.
Creativity & Agility: Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment. Able to pivot quickly, manage ambiguity, and execute with high attention to detail.
Growth Mentality: Eager to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.
Proficiency in using tools like Smartlead, Inframail, Clay, n8n, HeyReach or similar outbound sales tools.
Strong understanding of outbound metrics and analytics (e.g., open rates, response rates, conversion rates).
Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Familiarity with copywriting for targeted outbound campaigns.
Ability to create compelling email sequences and LinkedIn outreach messages.
Experience in Outbound infrastructure and scalability.
