Customer Experience Manager. Copenhagen, Denmark. Full-time position.

We are excited to announce the search for a Danish Customer Experience Manager for our Snowminds “Family” in our Copenhagen office in Denmark.

Your main mission will be to support our Danish customers and provide them with customer service at the highest level. You will join an international team of passionate employees, who all share a deep passion for the skiing industry, work hard, and share great vibes around them. We have your back and count on you to help us innovate and succeed.

The job:

• Join our Customer Experience Team in Copenhagen, Denmark

• Recruit and guide our ski and snowboard instructor candidates to a lifetime experience

• Communicate verbally and in writing with our candidates

• Conduct interviews, info-meetings, and other types of presentations

• Participate in our various events such as kick-off events, career fairs, reunion parties, etc.

• Work with our Marketing team to promote our experiences

• Be prepared to travel to experience our worldwide instructors courses

You have:

• A passion for the skiing industry and a goal to build a career with Snowminds

• A winning personality and an ambition to grow and develop in a result-oriented team

• A love for people and to provide others with unique experiences

• A strong background and track record working with sales and service

• A relevant educational background and exceptional Danish and English writing skills

• Experience as a ski or snowboard instructor, ideally from multiple countries
