Who we are ?

Unfair Advantage (UA) is an Academy of Practical Experience. Tribe Networks Oy is a software company. UA wants to partner with other companies in the future and its more like a school as a company. It has been funded in the past by the ministry of education and we have a vision for the future to get more investment so it can help more graduates get practical experience to help with their career.

For now, it is a free service and we accept only the most ambitious students or students most in need.

What you'll do as an HR Coordinator Trainee?

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

• Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide appropriate support and guidance

• Assist in updating employee handbooks, policy manuals, and other HR-related documents

• Help foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and activities

• Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning initiatives

• Compile HR data and generate reports related to recruitment, employee turnover, training, and other HR metrics

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development

• Good English skills, we are an English-speaking company

Location: this internship is mostly remote.  

Compensation: this is an unpaid internship
