About the Role

eMabler is looking for a tech-savvy Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their eMabler team in Finland. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for onboarding and integrating customers’ data into eMabler’s SaaS solution, taking care of overall customer satisfaction, following the financial and expanding the accounts. The CSM works in close collaboration with the Product/Engineering team, Sales and Subject Matter Expert teams.

Qualifications

• Customer Success Manager experience, customer manager or experience in building and managing Customer Success Department.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within SaaS or E-mobility industry.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Fluent English (written and verbal) and fluent at least in one Nordic languages

• Interest and experience in the EV charging industry is desirable.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, e.g. in business or engineering is a bonus.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry. Willingness to learn and apply innovative technologies.

• EU/EFTA residency
