We need a Customer Success Manager at Telgea who lives and breathes customer service. You’ll be the go-to person for all things customer-related, from handling questions in Intercom faster and better than any bot will ever do, to answering calls from around the world, to making sure every new customer gets an onboarding experience they’ll rave about for weeks.
