We are looking for an Operations Manager to streamline and optimize our processes across sales, customer success, finance, and tech operations. In this role, you will improve workflows, automate tasks, and create efficiencies that support our rapid growth.

This isn’t your typical “keep-the-lights-on” ops role. You’re the person who sees a system, breaks it apart, and makes it 10x better. From customer onboarding to sales workflows, from billing processes to tech ops, you’ll own it. You’ll be automating, tracking KPIs, optimizing… and then doing it all over again as we grow. You’re going to work side-by-side with sales, devs, and customer success teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks—while we scale fast.

Oh, and you’ll also be handling product releases, vendor stuff, and even some HR. So, yeah, a lot on your plate—but nothing you can’t handle, right?

🧙 Who you are:

You’re the operations ninja who thrives on spinning 20 plates at once—without breaking a sweat. You’ve got experience in SaaS or tech ops, love data, and can project-manage like a boss. You take chaos and turn it into smooth-running, optimized machines. If you’re obsessed with making things run faster, smarter, and more efficiently, this is where you safe space. The optimal profile will on the DISC model show a structured blue profile mixed with the unstoppable persistence of red.
