Surveypal is a technology company founded in 2007 that provides SaaS services developed to measure and manage Customer Experience. The rapidly growing company with about 20 employees, is now looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join its development team of five people.

In this role, you will get a front-row seat in building new SaaS products with state-of-the-art methodologies and tools. You'll be an important part of the team, taking responsibility and complementing the already strong know-how of the team. The role will include both architectural design and hands-on development work. Experience working in a distributed team will be considered an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you already have experience in a wide range of system development projects. You will be supported by an experienced team, so you don't have to master everything at the beginning. What is important is the right attitude, a can-do spirit, and the ability to learn and embrace new things quickly. You are willing to continuously develop your own and others' skills and you find it exciting to learn new things. The principles of test-driven development are reflected in what you do. At Surveypal we mainly use English as our working language.

The technologies you are familiar with are:

• Containerized Architectures (Kubernetes or similar)

• API interfaces

• Python and/or Java

• Relational databases

In addition, we value skills and experience in the following:

• Frontend technologies and frameworks (TypeScript, React, Next.js)

• Django framework

• Modern development methodologies such as test automation and continuous delivery principles

• Development of SaaS services

• Machine learning tools
