As Sr. Revenue Operations Manager in Relesys you will build the groundwork for the profession as you create streamlined revenue operations that empower our teams, improve efficiency, and foster our company’s future success as we expand towards becoming the global leading employee engagement software for frontline workers over the coming years. 

As Sr. Revenue Operations Manager in Relesys you will be reporting to the VP of Sales while working in close partnership with both Sales, Marketing, and Finance and play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, aligning strategy across departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of revenue-generating activities. 

This is an exciting and transformative time to join Relesys, as we have just gone into a strategic partnership with the Private Equity fund, Copilot, where the coming years will bring extensive growth and opportunities along the way. Over the Summer we have kick-started the RevOps function with help from a consultant, and has only touched the surface of the value this function can bring to our business operations. Thereby, in this role you will be delivering tremendous impact in taking your career and Relesys to the next level over the coming years - as we say, joining a scale-up at this stage is a rare and a "once in a lifetime opportunity" đŸ€©


Your key responsibilities:

As a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, your role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create and implement revenue strategies
  • Optimize CRM systems, with a strong advantage if you're proficient with HubSpot, to drive accuracy in reporting and streamline processes
  • Implement and oversee the MEDDPICC methodology, ensuring consistency and efficiency in sales activities
  • Own the development of key revenue metrics, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and growth
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment in sales pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and demand generation
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency across all revenue-related functions
  • Present data-driven recommendations to the VP of Sales and other senior leaders, helping to guide business decisions


Who are you?

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function within the SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar platforms is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC methodology is a strong plus
  • A passion for analytics, data accuracy, and creating structured systems to drive success
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way
  • Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
