As our new Implementation Specialist for the French market, you will bridge the gap between our workforce management solution and its real-world application with high-profile customers across retail and hospitality. You will ensure the seamless integration of systems or processes into our customers’ existing frameworks. You oversee implementation projects, take the lead during customer meetings and provide configuration advice tailored to customers’ specific needs. As the configuration specialist, you handle configuration settings and data uploads throughout each project.
