As our new Implementation Specialist for the DACH market, you will bridge the gap between our workforce management solution and its real-world application with high-profile customers across retail and hospitality. You will ensure the seamless integration of systems or processes into our customers’ existing frameworks. You oversee implementation projects, take the lead during customer meetings and provide configuration advice tailored to customers’ specific needs. As the configuration specialist, you handle configuration settings and data uploads throughout each project.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Drive Project Progress: You manage project timelines, keep track of progress and ensure that implementation deadlines are met and within budget. This also includes risk mitigation, collaborating with Steering Committees and presenting project progress externally and internally.

  2. Manage Customer Relationships: You convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage customer expectations, and provide training and support throughout the implementation phase. You are responsible for holding regular meetings with customers.

  3. Continuous Improvement: You analyse and improve the customers’ business processes. This involves understanding workflow dynamics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency. You also stay updated on existing and upcoming product features and help improve customer implementation processes.

  4. Training & Handover: You provide end-user training based on the database setup, produce handover documentation, and facilitate meetings for project handover to the Customer Success team.

  5. Feature Requests & Documentation: You document new features and improvement requests relevant to your projects, and you create documentation for customer configuration and workflows.

  6. Consultancy & Billing: You collaborate with your colleagues across teams, and you support presales activities. You ensure timely invoicing for projects and consultancy tasks.


You are an ideal fit if you have:

  • Native level German.
  • Technical proficiency: knowledge of software and system integration techniques.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience from the IT industry, preferably SaaS.
  • A relevant university degree or equivalent.
  • An understanding of the workflows in hospitality or retail.
