Our community includes more than 36 health tech startups and scaleups dedicated to making a significant impact. As our new Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping our team and management succeed in a positive and supportive work environment.
We are looking for a person who thrives on many different tasks and enjoys a mix of responsibilities.
Coordinate CEO calendar, organise stakeholder meetings, and help prepare presentations.
Prioritise tasks, manage inboxes and ensure timely follow-ups on critical issues.
Coordinate planning sessions, monitor progress, and ensure key metrics are tracked and reported.
Prepare reports, coordinate input, and ensure timely submissions.
Be the point of contact for guests and make every effort to represent HTHC in the best way possible.
Track expenses, manage invoices, and preferably also provide a broader financial overview of the team.
Oversee procurement processes and manage IT, software, and office supplies purchases.
Maintain high data quality standards in our CRM system, and provide training and support for optimal user experience in the team.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members and responsibility for team events.
Advanced communication skills in English & Danish (written and oral).
Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Anticipates issues, adapts to changes quickly, and proposes effective solutions.
Ability to engage stakeholders, build relationships, and represent the organization positively.
Focuses on details, accuracy, streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
Interest and understanding of team development.
Proficient with CRM systems and tech tools, and comfortable with training others to ensure optimal user experiences.
Basic understanding of financial tracking, budgeting, and procurement
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
