The Role:
Based in either Copenhagen or Stockholm, you will be a key player in our finance team, overseeing critical financial operations across multiple entities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing complex finance projects that support our scale-up growth.
- Overseeing debt drawdown operations and leveraging your deep understanding of banking to optimize our financial strategies.
- Managing internal transactions, asset trading, and IC handling to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Providing strategic support on tax compliance, VAT management, and the implementation of financial playbooks.
- Continuously identifying and driving improvements in our financial processes and systems.
- Guidance on business development through your financial knowledge.
Your Profile:
We’re looking for a Finance Specialist with:
- Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience, ideally with a background in banking, consulting, or scale-ups.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead and execute complex financial initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Business Central or F&O.
- A strategic mindset with a solid understanding of debt management and financial operations.
- A proactive and ambitious approach, with a winning mentality that drives success in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
