We need someone who lives and breathes data and user journeys. As our CRO Manager, you’ll own the process of turning site visitors into happy, paying customers. You’ll dig into the data, run a ton of experiments, and make our platforms convert like a charm. If optimization is your thing and you get a thrill from tweaking things until they click, you’ll love this role.
Own the CRO strategy: From landing pages to checkout flows, you’ll make sure every step of our funnel is performing.
Run experiments: A/B tests, split tests, multi-variate tests—you’ll be the one designing and running them to find what works (and what doesn’t).
Deep dive into data: Analyzing user behavior to spot leaks in the funnel and come up with creative fixes.
Collaborate with product: You’ll work closely with other teams to make sure that everything we build has CRO best practices baked in.
Built: We expect you to able to built Figma-files or any other design mockups.
Scale what works: Once you find the winning formula, you’ll roll it out and make sure it scales as we grow.
2+ years of experience driving conversion optimization, ideally in a startup or growth-focused environment.
You’re a data nerd who loves figuring out what the numbers are really saying.
You’re comfortable with CRO tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Clarity, Hotjar) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
You know your way around A/B testing and have set up experiments that delivered big wins.
You have an eye for UX/UI and get how design choices affect conversions.
