About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO) Specialist to join our team. As we prepare to go live with our FnO platform, you will play a critical role in ensuring the technical setup is flawless and that everything is running smoothly. This is a key position within our team, requiring both hands-on expertise and the ability to mentor junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of our FnO platform as we go live and work closely with our team to ensure its success.

• Ensure all necessary technical configurations are properly set up.

• Handle all aspects of the technical platform, including bug fixing, monitoring, critical change requests, and managing releases.

• Provide support for AX2012 in emergencies, given our limited resources in this area.

• Mentor and guide a junior colleague, helping them grow in their role.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO).

• Strong understanding of technical setups and the ability to ensure all necessary components are correctly configured.

• Experience in handling bug fixing, monitoring, critical change requests, and release management.

• Proficiency in AX2012 is essential, as this role may require you to cover AX-related tasks in case of emergencies.

• Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with stakeholders.

• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
