We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO) Specialist to join our team. As we prepare to go live with our FnO platform, you will play a critical role in ensuring the technical setup is flawless and that everything is running smoothly. This is a key position within our team, requiring both hands-on expertise and the ability to mentor junior colleagues.
Take full ownership of our FnO platform as we go live and work closely with our team to ensure its success.
Ensure all necessary technical configurations are properly set up.
Handle all aspects of the technical platform, including bug fixing, monitoring, critical change requests, and managing releases.
Provide support for AX2012 in emergencies, given our limited resources in this area.
Mentor and guide a junior colleague, helping them grow in their role.
Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO).
Strong understanding of technical setups and the ability to ensure all necessary components are correctly configured.
Experience in handling bug fixing, monitoring, critical change requests, and release management.
Proficiency in AX2012 is essential, as this role may require you to cover AX-related tasks in case of emergencies.
Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
