Our fun and passionate Product & Procurement team
Your colleagues are incredibly friendly and come from all over the world, so expect a high level of diversity. Over lunch, be prepared for discussions on a wide range of topics, from cultural traditions and politics in Portugal to weddings in Romania and camping tips for exploring Denmark.
We are 15 people in team P&P who contribute with our skills and knowledge. We aim to do our best and together work in achieving our goals while having fun.

Who's got your back
You will report to our Category Manager of Accessories, who has years of experience in sourcing, buying, negotiation, and category management.
The position is full-time, based at our HQ in Nordvest, where you are expected to be in the office at least three days a week. There is also the possibility of working some days from our Warehouse in Greve or from home, according to an agreement with your direct manager.
What you’ll be doing:
● Placing replenishment orders for NOOS products for yarn and accessories
● Invoice approval
● Communicating with suppliers, the warehouse, and other important stakeholders
● Updating master data
● Responsible for achieving your KPIs, e.g., NOOS. Ensuring orders are placed and
delivered on time
● Following up with the warehouse to ensure goods are received on time and invoices are
closed
● Monitoring performance and taking action if there are fluctuations
● Handling ad hoc tasks🚀
We imagine this about you:
● At least 3-4 years of experience in purchasing
● Educational background in purchasing or supply chain
● Experience working in a busy environment
● Detail-oriented
● Structured and good at prioritizing tasks
● Understand the importance of working with tight deadlines
● Strong in stakeholder management and good at coordinating/communicating with our
stakeholders
● Demonstrates curiosity and possesses a problem-solving mindset
● Experience working independently while thriving in and contributing to a positive
colleague atmosphere
● Experienced in Excel and Google Sheets
● Fluent in English, both spoken and written
● Holds a Danish work permit
