Hunome (Hunomics Ltd) helps humanity make sense of itself on a collective sensemaking platform. This is our purpose for the long term. We do this with a unique online product that enables us humans to come together and make sense of multidimensional themes, rather than today's linear streams and fragmentation.
We have started with a Freemium (B2C) product that anyone with an interest, curiosity and drive to understand how the world works or should work can join.
Now we shift to the paying client, B2B, delivering value to the change related futureproofing, innovation and human-aware processes.
Some examples: Researchers, network groups and think tanks have brought their people representing many disciplines together on Hunome. The complex themes they build an understanding on are by way of example in population decline, the unspoken in future of work, EU environmental and economic policy, universal basic income and many more.
SMBs and Enterprise clients are looking to improve the input to strategy and innovation and to inform their stakeholders of key thematics of change.
We are a startup and commercially experienced team of about 6 FTE, with diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Two of us are full time and everyone else is committing to 20hrs per week.
We are at an exciting stage in our journey, shifting to new product lines and incorporating AI features to the products and our unique data. Hunome is very much focused on ways to enable multidisciplinary human ingenuity as the key to pondering on 'what next' for our world's systems large and small.

You would represent what many would call a great startup marketing and communications professional, you know what it means to think from the big picture to the devil in the detail. You think and you do. You are someone who is definitely wanting to make their mark in a startup, you care about what we are aiming to change in the world and you have the mindset to be consistent and persevere. Otherwise it would be just another job.
Important to note before applying: An immediately salaried 'job' is not what you are after but showcasing your experience in product within a startup for the potential for massive return with success through what you deliver and ownership (shares first, later salary added once funded, we progress). We make it possible for you to take the first startup step in a part-time role as a working shareholder.

You are respectful, playful and professional in your approach. You are not stuck with 'the marketing task doing' but rather the constant seeking for what works. You plan and then deliver results, you know what matters in startup product marketing. You have delivered numeric results because you know and find what works, organically and later paid to boost: Freemium - e.g., reach, awareness, activation and in B2B paid: - e.g., CAC, LTV, retention, etc
You do not do things because other companies do them but because you figure out what is right for Hunome, what moves the needle. You know that results come from paying attention to the detail and the big picture. Your ability to empathise with the needs and drivers for change, in organisations, businesses and societies, while paying attention to being human-aware, would serve you well. Working as a pivotal member of the broader team (product, brand, marketing, sales, design ++)
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives
Market research and insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs. Use insights to inform messaging, and marketing strategies
Messaging and positioning: Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that communicates the value proposition of our products to various customer segments (direct and indirect)
Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, blog posts, and campaigns that reflect our product and strategy
Sales enablement: Provide the sales team with the tools, and support they need to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to potential customers and partners
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and achieve key business objectives
Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities
Smartly go above the noise and tough 'old assumptions' of how growth happens
Knowing how to include technological/product approaches to boosting our awareness, reach and activations
Develop and implement automated campaigns: Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, web) to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive product adoption

Taking a lead role in product messaging with product management and CEO/CPO

Exemplary written and spoken English - and can get on stage and deliver enticing presentations. You are at home with delivering educational and demo videos. You know how to turn long to short, complex to simple, resonate with uniqueness

Hunger to develop and manage your own workload based on the business and stage priorities. You do not need a 'task manager' to stay on top of it
A good grasp of tools such as Slack, Jira, Trello, GA, Hootsuite, SquareSpace and Hubspot as well as methods and tools for validating
You can tell a story and nail it with many kinds of audiences and methods of telling the story

*Please Note:
The team benefits from a direct equity ownership in the company, in return for a minimum of 20hrs per week commitment for sufficient focus to become successful in the role. Once Hunome is ready to pay the salary, you would become 100% focused on the business. This means that you can build your startup career while earning a living in a day job or other part-time work, thus de-risking your entry to a startup with very big plans (NB: a contract with a big IT services firm may exclude you from this offer).
