Are you a senior back-end developer with a devops mindset? Do you enjoy building scalable SaaS-products using Python and AWS? If so, you might be exactly the one we're looking for!

We're on the hunt for a senior back-end developer who wants to join us on our quest to help employees of our customers in their individual learning and growth journeys! We believe that you're a skilled engineer with a passion for technology and a drive to solve customer problems. We believe that you have a DevOps mindset where you care about the entire lifecycle of a solution, from ideation to development and deployment, and that you do that with open eyes and a learning mindset.

Your role will include

As a back-end developer at Learnster, you’ll be involved in the whole development lifecycle, where you contribute with everything from ideation and solution design to development, testing and deployment.

You'll do this in close collaboration with other developers, designers and product managers since we believe that the best solutions come when people with different skills and background work together finding the best solutions.

To thrive in this role you'll have the following skills and experience

• Back-end development experience: Experience as a back-end developer, with a strong portfolio of solutions developed using Python and AWS.

• Python Development: Solid experience in Python development, specifically with the Django framework.

• Database design and development: Experience using both relational and non-relational databases and experience writing SQL code to retrieve and modify data.

• AWS Solution Development: Experience in designing and implementing solutions on AWS, leveraging both AWS managed services and cloud-agnostic technologies.

• DevOps Mindset: A strong understanding of DevOps principles, with a focus on the entire lifecycle of a software solution. This includes a keen interest in why we build solutions, how we build them, and ensuring they perform optimally once deployed.
