You are an experienced graphic design generalist with an eye for color and composition. You are comfortable with wearing multiple hats and taking on UI/UX, marketing art and occasional video editing tasks.

Own the art pipeline for our brand’s visual identity - create style guides as well as various graphic assets and develop their application across all of the designs we produce
Actively contribute to product design tasks in terms of UI / UX of the Blidz application and help translate marketing art learnings into product design
Develop graphic design for our marketing collateral - for our AppStores, PR, social media, UA and other channels
Be a hands-on go-getter: develop visually stunning artwork for a large variety of purposes
Anticipate the needs of our marketing and product teams and excel in communication across departments, proactively streamline productivity
Work closely with the head of growth and product lead to develop a consistent brand image for all company design projects
Develop and iterate on video creatives for our user acquisition campaigns in required lengths and resolutions
Cultural fit
BA/MA in art, design or related field
Excellent understanding of composition and color theory as well as knowledge of visual and stylistic trends in graphic design
Excellent knowledge of Adobe software
Experience with Figma
Fluency in English
3+ years of agency, gaming or ecommerce experience
Great communication skills
Ability to produce a large volume of iterations within strict deadlines
Experience with web, HTML, CSS
Experience / understanding of the game industry or relevant IT sectors
Previous exposure to eCommerce
