About Raw Culture: Raw Culture is an innovative kombucha company founded in 2020 by two passionate entrepreneurs. Job Title: Brewing Assistant
Participate in the entire brewing process from start to finish
Monitor the fermentation process and ensure high quality
Bottling, packing, and preparing products for shipment
Maintenance and cleaning of brewery equipment
Contribute to development
Experience with brewing or work in a food production environment is an advantage, but not required
Knowledge of fermentation is an advantage, but not required
Good physical condition, as the work can be physically demanding
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for health and innovation
Positive and proactive approach to tasks
Flexible and open to learning new things
Reliable and responsible
