Build and run outbound email campaigns
Daily use of automation workflow tools such as N8N, Make, Clay, Zapier, Tray, Apify, Persana, etc.
Discover, select, manage, and report on various tools.
Create easy-to-follow outlines, playbooks, and documentation for your workflows.
Scrape various publicly available data-sets consistently and use them in automation recipes.
Incorporate LLMs, SaaS APIs, data sets, and open APIs into your workflows.
Experiment with and test different combinations of solutions.
Discuss concepts with team members and provide input.
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify automation opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
Build and deploy GPT agents to enhance automation capabilities.
Manage and report on your progress using Linear (our project management tool).
Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance.
Document automation processes and provide training to team members as needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing automation and no-code tools.
Two out of the following three should be matched:
3-5 years of experience in marketing automation or scraping tools (Zapier, Phantom Buster, Texau, LinkedIn Helper, Expandi, Bardeen, etc.).
2-3 years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
2-3 years of experience in no-code building (Make.com, N8N, Tray, Workato, etc.).
Furthermore:
1-2 years of SQL with a strong understanding of API integrations and data workflows.
Experience in building and deploying prompts across many use cases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Published portfolio of your work or templates on Make.com, N8N, Tray, Workato, or similar platforms.
Proven track record of implementing large-scale automation projects.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing strategies.
Experience with marketing tools such as Phantom Buster, Texau, Smartlead, etc.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to measure automation effectiveness.
