Sales Manager (Finnish speaking)

We are looking to hire our first non-founder sales person to fuel our growth. We are building a workforce management and compliance automation SaaS for construction, and we've proven our ability to sell the product with a repeatable model despite the current challenging industry situation. You'll get to work with a product with rapid sales cycles, quick-time to value and great retention.


What the role looks like:

  • End-to-end sales from prospecting to close. You'll get to build your own accounts from the ground up, own them and build relationships with the clients.

  • Continuous and active outbound outreach

  • You'll be provided a proven sales playbook to work with and you can build upon it

  • You'll work directly with the founders to improve processes related to sales

  • You'll be working with prospects and customers in Finland, for which an excellent command of Finnish is required. Internally, we communicate in English.


What makes you a good fit:

  • You're a grinder; you live to do the leg work and enjoy the chase.

  • Picking up the phone and dialing is second nature to you; our sales motion is very outbound-driven, and the industry is very phone-driven, so this is a requirement for success.

  • You enjoy working in a small team and taking ownership of your line of work

  • You have a demonstrable history of success in sales roles and you're looking to grow further

  • Experience in SaaS or construction could be advantageous


What you can expect from us:

  • Competitive compensation (base salary, sales bonuses, options). There's some complexity to our comp model around the edges, but we'll be happy to walk you through it during the interviews. However, we'd expect a successful hire to be capable of taking home 6000€ / month in once onboarded, settled in and hitting OTE.
