We're up against big local telco companies with huge marketing budgets. To beat them, we need a superior performance marketing strategy. At Telgea, you can implement and execute your most ambitious marketing ideas, with full support from our collaborative and talented team. You will have your own dedicated budget that increases month over month along with our sales targets.

Your primary metric is optimizing the CAC and maximizing ROI through strategic performance marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns to achieve continuous revenue growth, supported by our experienced team.

• Implement innovative marketing campaigns across various digital channels to attract and acquire new customers efficiently.

• Continuously optimize the CAC with a focus on sustainable and realistic improvements.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for optimization.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs related to marketing performance and CAC, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

💰 Location & Compensation:

• Europe - Remote, with optional occasional travel across Europe to join the team.

• €5,000/month for 6 months assessment

• €8,000/month after assessment period + revenue bonus
