We are now looking for an intern to support the Product team with different product-related missions. This is an incredible chance to be involved at the heart of a fast-growing tech start-up.
The internship is unpaid and based out of Stockholm. Ideally, someone who wishes to work full-time in a hybrid fashion from September 2024.
Support the Product and Customer Success teams in executing strategies to increase customer adoption and engagement with our SaaS product.
Conduct research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving customer onboarding, activation, and retention.
Collaborate with the Product team to provide insights and feedback on product usability, features, and enhancements based on customer feedback and usage patterns.
Planning and assisting with new product feature releases and events. Creation of training content for new feature launches (videos, quick guides).
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create customer success stories and testimonials that showcase the value and benefits of our product.
Making helpful product recommendations.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Strong interest in SaaS products and customer success.
Experience in retail or customer service would be advantageous.
Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
Basic knowledge of google suite and comfortable with data.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (good to have)
