Leetify helps gamers track and share their accomplishments. We provide our users with data-driven post-match reports for the matches they play in competitive video games. Our match reports help users understand how they perform, celebrate their best plays, and compare accomplishments with their friends. Our goal is to help gamers enjoy their favorite games even more.

 

Why it's the perfect time to join

  • We've got great traction in our first game (Counter-Strike). Our CS product is used by more than 200k players every month and that user base is growing rapidly. Our users are extremely enthusiastic about the product we're building and we're keen to continue delivering a great product for them.

  • The company is now at an inflection point where we are scaling from supporting just one game to multiple games. This comes with many interesting challenges within both product, organization and on the technical side.

About the role

Leetify is growing, and we are not always able to give as much attention as we would like to our users. We are looking for a jack of all trades, that first and foremost will enjoy providing support and service to our users. 

In this role, you will engage with our users and community to address their support requests, or just their questions and doubts regarding the product. You will identify trends in the support requests and bring them up to the team so that a solution can be created, or maybe you will be the one suggesting a new process.

Additionally, you will be helping the developer team test new updates to Leetify and make sure they work well before shipping them to our users, as well as log any bugs our users report after release.

Support is still not a full-time role at Leetify, so outside of helping our users you’ll be able to engage yourself in other things going on at the company. This makes it a role for a generalist, a jill/jack of all trades that enjoys the idea to experience and leave a mark on different parts of the organisation. 


Summary of responsibilities

  • Answer support questions coming through emails or in our Discord and engage with the community.

  • Support team where needed.


About you

You have very good communication skills and may have worked with customer service before. If not, you might have similar experiences, such as moderating a community somewhere or having dealt directly with users on a daily basis in your work.

You are calm and even tempered and there isn’t much that annoys you, and you have a big passion for gaming. You are an active Counter-Strike and/or League of Legends player, and use Leetify yourself. 

You are a proactive individual that likes to find the cause of problems and suggest improvements. You enjoy getting things done, and helping other people. You are interested in all different aspects of a business, and keen to tackle issues in different areas.


We will only consider candidates between the GMT-7 and GMT+3 time zones (North&South America, Europe, Africa).
