The role involves improving our data and methodologies, supporting customers with product information, and training them in the use of our Rejoose e.tool web application and other Rejoose administrative software.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle large datasets with precision and attention to detail.
Improve and refine our data and methodologies related to product sustainability.
Support customers by providing necessary product data and assisting with their data-related queries.
Train customers in the use of the Rejoose e.tool web application and other Rejoose administrative software.
Engage in tasks that may be repetitive or mundane with a positive attitude.
Collaborate with the team to enhance our web applications and their functionalities.
Qualifications:
Strong interest and experience in working with large datasets.
Basic understanding of product life cycle data.
