goSupermodel is owned by Momio, a small tech company that operates a social media platform of the same name. Our team is based in Copenhagen, but we have employees working remotely from all around the world. Our platform is a place where teenagers and young adults can connect, make friends, and enjoy gaming together. While the gaming aspect is a key feature, the social and community elements are equally important to us.
As part of our team of goSupermodel Admins, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment for users on goSupermodel.com. This position is an excellent opportunity for people who seek greater knowledge of and wants to gather experience from virtual worlds and online communities.
Your main responsibility will be:
Monitoring user activity and behavior on goSupermodel.com to identify and prevent fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Help manage and engage a team of voluntary in-game moderators.
Providing customer support via email, and resolving issues related to the goSupermodel.com or user's accounts on goSupermodel.com.
Engaging in creating and maintaining user guides and other resources to assist users with common issues and questions.
Collaborating with other teams, such as product development and commercial / marketing, by participating in brainstorming, problem-solving, and decision-making processes as well as providing feedback and suggesting improvements to the goSupermodel.com website
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and user experience.
We are offering a full time position, where our main goal is to find the right person to fill the position. Due to focusing on finding the right fit, we are flexible in terms of working hours. The role offers the flexibility to work from home, but please note that you will be expected to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. It is important to us that you are flexible and able to accommodate short-notice changes in the schedule.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Admin for gosupermodel.com who is interested in social media and shares our belief that the internet should be a safe and enjoyable place for all. We prioritize candidates who possess these essential qualities and have experience working with online communities, online gaming or similar field.
It is essential that you are a native-level English speaker and at least 18 years of age to apply for this position.
Other experience and requirements:
Strong knowledge and interest in online safety, ethics, moderation, and online communities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our users have a safe and positive experience on the platform.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
Structured and independent work style with excellent time management skills.
Excellent written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Passion for helping others. You will be working with users from diverse backgrounds and helping to make a difference in their lives.
