Who we are

RevaGroup is a fast-growing property rental aggregator launched in 2017. When we say fast-growing, we mean it – RevaGroup almost doubled in size in the past 12 months. We’ve grown every year and remain proudly independent, self-funded, and profitable.

We operate more than 30 different portals in 20+ countries and are a global team of 50+ colleagues, with more than half of the company working remotely. We have regular offices in Copenhagen and London.

We are currently expanding our development team and are looking for a talented Lead Ruby Developer to join us.

Your Role

• Lead a team of our software developers by overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the application.

• Collaborate with the frontend/backend team leads, CPO and CTO to to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Iterate on architectural decisions and strategic planning of the application.

• Mentor and guide team members in best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years of web-based software development experience, with a significant portion of that time spent working with Ruby on Rails.

• Strong understanding of and practical experience with Agile software development methods.

• Some experience with front-end development, ideally next.js.

• Proficient in test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with both technical and non-technical staff.

• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
