Enable captive portals for customers on existing networks
Efficiently troubleshoot customer issues with empathy
Collaborate with the product team to address bugs and implement features
Proactively engage with customers to provide timely support through platform monitoring
Enhance support documentation for improved customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Customer-centric approach with strong empathy
Support experience, preferably in an MSP or router vendor environment
Solid understanding of WiFi and networking fundamentals
Proficiency in Linux (a plus)
Hands-on experience with WiFi solutions like UniFi, Mikrotik, Meraki, Aruba, or Ruckus
Bonus if you're familiar with Captive Portals
