We're on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Swedish-speaking Sales Executive to join our team and drive the development of our Nordic markets, especially Sweden and Finland. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base in the Nordics, fostering key relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you're passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be a part of our team.
Conducting outreach sales and expanding customer base in the Swedish market.
Identify and prospect potential clients, nurturing leads from initial contact through to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
Collaborate with other teams at Sprii to ensure seamless onboarding and the delivery of our products.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Proven track record of at least 3 years with B2B sales, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to prospects.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team in Sprii.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Fluency in Swedish and English
Finnish proficiency is an advantage
