Swedish-speaking Sales Executive

Your role at Sprii  

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Swedish-speaking Sales Executive to join our team and drive the development of our Nordic markets, especially Sweden and Finland. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base in the Nordics, fostering key relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you're passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be a part of our team.

What you’ll do

• Conducting outreach sales and expanding customer base in the Swedish market.

• Identify and prospect potential clients, nurturing leads from initial contact through to closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

• Collaborate with other teams at Sprii to ensure seamless onboarding and the delivery of our products.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

We’re looking for: 

• Proven track record of at least 3 years with B2B sales, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to prospects.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team in Sprii.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Fluency in Swedish and English

• Finnish proficiency is an advantage
