Noddi is a disruptive force-for-change and improved customer experience in the car-service industry, building state-of-the-art software technology that lets us service cars out where they are usually parked. We have completed close to 10.000 mobile services for wheel-change and car wash, and are now looking to take it to the next level.

You will be an integral part of the leadership team, and will execute and improve how we do day-to-day activities in our operational groups and sub-companies to meet and exceed this standard.
Lead; you will lead, recruit, train and retain a growing group of high-performing technicians. You will build and lead the support team that will be responsible for executing on this as we scale.
Plan; You will own the plan for resource allocation and skill-development, as well as collaborating with the product team to put productivity-enhancing features on the agenda so that you team can thrive in their everyday work.
Execute; Performance management, payroll, bonus programs and day-to-day management are already integrated into your backbone and you can think of nothing more rewarding than building a fine-tuned machinery to make sure we become the company that does this better than anyone else in the entire world, and treat our customers in a way that makes them want to come back.
Own; You will act as General Manager for our operative units, be accountable for the operational P&L, and will work in collaboration with our commercial team to find the growth strategies that ensures it stays healthy in any scenario. As we scale to more geographies, and a larger workforce you will take lead on building the specialist operations-support team with more specialized roles within HR, customer service and controller-functions.
You are an empathic people-person. You recognize that people have different needs and expectations, and are able to solve challenges in way that build long-term value for Noddi and our workers.
You are able to set clear performance standards, and work with your team on reaching and maintaining.
You are a proven manager, and have successfully led & managed teams of 10+ people already.
You think and act like an owner. You will have the P&L responsibility for operations, and do what it takes to support operations, also outside of regular working hours.
You have a flexible mindset, and understand that the frameworks that has been proven in a large organization does not always apply to a startup.
You understand the basic fundamentals of efficiency-principles such as Lean, and have ideally some references to operational optimization initiatives.
You are relentless. You do what it takes to win.
Bonus points if you have any relevant practical experience from things requiring you to be a little handy; DIY mechanic, carpentry, or similar. You will be working directly with people who carry our car maintenance, and such experience can make it easier to mentor on everyday practical issues.

This position is based out of Oslo, and some traveling should be expected.
