We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an intern. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR administration and operations. The HR intern will work closely with our HR professionals to support recruitment.
Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Off boarding Assistance: Support the off boarding process for hires, including preparing off boarding materials such as recommendation/ experience letters, conducting feedback survey, and ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
Employee Records Management: Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR documents, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Employee Engagement: Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with employees at all levels.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Duration: This is a 3-months unpaid internship, with the possibility of extension.
Commitment: You need to commit 40 hours / week of your time working with us.
