As Growth Marketer , you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how businesses manage mobile plans across the globe, setting global communication free. 


🧙 Position Overview:

You will be essential in driving our revenue growth through strategic online initiatives and improving the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for each new customer in Europe.

If you have a proven track record of implementing growth strategies in a B2B SaaS environment and a good understanding of the newest strategies to drive B2B SaaS revenue growth, there’s a match! If not, this position is probably not for you.

We're up against big local telco companies with huge marketing budgets. To beat them, we need a superior growth strategy. At Telgea, you can try out and put into action your most ambitious growth ideas, with full support from our collaborative and talented team. You will have your own dedicated budget that increase month over month along with our sales targets.

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to achieve continuous revenue growth, supported by our experienced team.

  • Continuously improve the Customer Acquisition Cost with a focus on sustainable and realistic improvements.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth and CAC, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

💰 Location & compensation:

Europe - Remote, with optional occasional travel across Europe to join the team.

€5,000/month for 6 months assessment

€8,000/month after assessment period + bonus

7 week paid vacation
