JABS Group, a dynamic and growing eCommerce company selling windows and doors online, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Business Development team in launch of the Polish market and delivering English speaking support to customers in additional markets.

Deliver outstanding customer service across various channels (phone, email, chat)
Handle customer claims and follow up on offers
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services
Support your team in translations, website maintenance, and other projects
Native Polish speaker with full professional proficiency in English
Customer-oriented mindset and preferably experience in customer service
Independent worker with excellent communication and cooperative skills
Motivated to engage in additional projects within the Business Development team
