AIRY is a fast-moving tech startup located at DTU Science Park Lyngby, where we are developing next-generation, sustainable manufacturing in the automotive industry. Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Electronics design (not PCB design) and implementation of robotic control
Hardware development of robotic systems
Software development of closed-loop robot control
Improvement of print speed and accuracy in both hardware and software
Troubleshooting and debugging robotic issues
Design and performing of various print tests
Upscaling system design for production lines in automotive applications
Technical excellence is required for this role. Relevant skills may include:
Design of robotics or 3D printer projects, including both hardware and firmware
Design of motor control circuitry for robots or 3D printers
Development of firmware for controlling robots or 3D printers
Construction of gantry systems and robots on a large scale (hardware)
Experience with and insight into robot kinematics
Comfortable with implementing electronics (neat and clean soldering, wiring of actuators and sensors)
A high degree of proficiency in CAD, preferably Fusion 360
In addition, we require you to work physically at DTU Science Park Lyngby, Denmark.
