As our dynamic and proactive Communications Wizard, you'll take the magic wand and own our content strategy and production, ensuring it’s perfectly aligned with our marketing goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team and other departments, and bring your solution-oriented mindset to roll up your sleeves and enhance processes and outcomes.

As the Communications Manager, you'll be an integral part of this brand transition, helping us write the next chapter of our story.

SOME OF THE THINGS WE LOOK FOR

  • A Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and across departments.

  • You’re Creative & Structured: A creative storyteller who is also highly organised and structured in their approach to work.

  • You have Copywriting Expertise: Strong copywriting skills with a native level of English. Additional proficiency in any Scandinavian language is a plus.

  • You have Brand & PR Experience: Experience in working with PR and brand management is highly desirable.

  • You’re Marketing Savvy: An in-depth understanding of how different marketing channels operate and how to tailor communication strategies for various target audiences. This includes knowing how good copy is crafted for social media and the nuances of different channels.


AS OUR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, YOU WILL...

  • Develop and implement content plans aligned with our marketing strategy and vision, covering both commercial and employer branding content.

  • Craft compelling copy for blogs, social media, press releases, website, and print materials, creating content from scratch and refining contributions from industry experts within the company.

  • Oversee content production projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams including design, video, and paid media, while liaising with different departments to leverage their insights and expertise.

  • Create engaging stories that resonate with our audience while adhering to brand guidelines.

  • Utilise various marketing channels (website, social media, PR, etc.) to effectively communicate with different target groups.

WORKING HOURS, SALARY, AND SPECIFICATIONS

⏱ Full-time, 37.5 hours a week.

📍 This is a Copenhagen-based, on-site position with flexible remote work possibilities.

💬 Native English proficiency is a must. Additional proficiency in any Scandinavian language is a plus.
