We are seeking a passionate and driven Tech Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our small team. As CTO, you will play a pivotal role in leading our tech initiatives, starting with the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and overseeing the creation of our web and mobile applications. Responsibilities:

• Lead Technology Strategy: Develop and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with Suplient's business goals. 📈

• MVP Development: Build and iterate on the MVP to validate product-market fit and user needs. 🛠️

• Full-Stack Development: Hands-on coding and architecture design across frontend, backend, and database systems. 💻

• Mobile Application Development: Drive engagement technology that plays a crucial role between clients and coaches for success. 📲

• Cloud Infrastructure: Implement and manage scalable cloud solutions for reliability and performance. ☁️

• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead developers in later stages of the startup, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 🤝

• Product Development: Collaborate closely with the founder team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 🌐

• User-Centric Design: Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, prioritizing usability and accessibility. 🎨

• Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for data protection and regulatory compliance in mental health tech. 🔐

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in full-stack development with proficiency in Node.js and React (or similar frameworks like Angular or Vue.js). 🧑‍💻

• Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization). 🚢

• Mobile Development: Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or similar. 📱

• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding user needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. 🎯
