Job description: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about delivering and creating exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to go above and beyond industry standards, ensuring every interaction adds value and enhances customer satisfaction. You will be directly responsible for nurturing our existing subscription customers, focusing on increasing transactions and cultivating long-term loyalty.

Develop deep relationships with high-value customers, understanding their unique needs and business objectives - help them achieve it!
Drive increased transaction volumes and account growth through proactive engagement and personalized service strategies.
Conduct detailed account reviews to ensure maximum satisfaction and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities together with the customer.
Implement and refine customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new customers and new users.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings that meet the evolving needs of top-tier customers.
Lead by example in customer interactions, setting a high bar for responsiveness, problem resolution, and overall customer advocacy.
Regularly gather and act on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in the service and technical feature offerings.
Experience in business administration, hospitality, Customer Success or a related field preferred.
Ability to have a focus on the commercial aspects of growing an account over time with strategic thinking
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a high-stakes environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create value with important clients quickly.
Experience with CRM systems, data-driven reporting and performance metrics analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about customer engagement and retention.
Passionate about growth and driven to exceed expectations.
Fluent in English and Danish, both spoken and written.
