Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive at PlasticFri, you are responsible for driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. This includes prospecting new customers, building relationships, presenting our products, negotiating deals, and closing sales. You will report to the Sales Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be to:

Prospect and contact new customers:Identify and reach out to potential customers who would benefit from PlasticFri’s products.

Build and maintain customer relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges.

Present products and services: Effectively communicate the benefits of PlasticFri's products through presentations and demonstrations.

Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements, ensuring they meet both customer needs and company objectives.

Report and analyze sales data: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report findings to inform strategy and improve processes.

Collaborate with teams: Work closely with Business Development, Key Account Managers, and Marketing & Communications teams to capitalize on commercial opportunities.

Stay informed: Keep up with industry trends and incorporate new technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within B2B.
- A strong drive and result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for the environment and sustainability.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
