We’re a small and ambitious team looking for a Data Science/ Machine Learning Engineer with an eye for the details to navigate the future of Hormona. You’ll work hands-on across a wide variety of projects, from our AI-powered image processing feature to our data insights platform and lots in between.
You will be exposed to one of the fastest growing sectors in the tech industry today. The Women’s Health industry is currently valued at USD 40 billion and doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon.
We are a small team of 12 people meaning you will get up close and personal with the ins and outs of our business. We offer a flexible working environment where you can work from home when you need/prefer; but we always encourage you to come into the shared working spaces (London and Stockholm) as often as possible so that we can collaborate more effectively together.
Design and build data-driven solutions to be integrated into the Hormona mobile app
Develop accurate predictive models and build processes to maintain and monitor the models in production
Develop Insights Data Warehouse and Platform
Design and analyse experiments with descriptive statistics
Advise on and maintain privacy compliant solutions within the company
Experience in developing and leading machine learning projects, preferably in a production environment
Strong experience in python (pandas, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, flask)
Strong experience using SQL and building data warehouses and pipelines (experience with DBT or Dataform a bonus)
Strong understanding of statistics and inference
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies
Autonomous and responsible, work well in a distributed team
An understanding of user experience and its importance in digital product development
Speak fluent English
Experience in startups
Interested in women’s health/Femtech industry
