About Us:

At mergeIT, we are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge software solutions tailored to our clients' needs. As an intern at mergeIT, your growth and learning are our top priorities. You will be immersed in a variety of projects, many of which start from scratch. This means you will work directly with clients who have ideas but no predefined design guidelines, giving you substantial creative freedom and responsibility over the final product.

You’ll be closely involved with our clients, collaborating on the development of their vision. If a project doesn’t go as planned, don’t worry—we believe in learning from every attempt. You will have the support of our management team to reassess and find the best solution, always keeping the client’s needs at the forefront. However, we do expect you to work independently, as you will not always have a colleague with you when communicating with clients.

What We Need Support With:

We are seeking a talented UX and graphic designer to support mergeIT in delivering outstanding designs for our client projects. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Take full responsibility for determining design elements for client projects.

• Work on a variety of visual materials, including logos, GIFs, and other graphic content.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

We are interested in candidates with skills in the following areas:

• UX Design (Experience with Figma is highly recommended)

• App Design Guidelines

• Logo Design

• Creating GIFs

• Development of Other Graphic Materials

• People Management: You should be skilled in managing client expectations and team collaboration.

• Flexibility: We value flexibility in your ideas and results, always aligning with the understanding that the client is always right.

  
  

Opportunity:

This is an unpaid internship that offers you the chance to significantly impact our client projects and be a key contributor to various creative initiatives. We prefer candidates based in Denmark but are open to remote work arrangements for those eager to make a difference.

Please note that this is an internship to start with. However, if you excel in your role and as mergeIT continues to grow and stabilize financially, we are eager to explore the possibility of offering you a permanent, paid position.
