PROBE is transforming clinical trials by placing patients at the center of research. Our innovative platform facilitates efficient participant recruitment and trial design, leveraging detailed health data to match participants with trials effectively. We partner with leading pharmaceutical companies to streamline the clinical trial process, ultimately driving medical research forward.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. This role is critical in driving our sales strategy, acquiring new customers, and leading our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, and possess strong leadership skills to guide and expand our sales team. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing principles to help shape and execute our go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.

  • Customer Acquisition: Engage with enterprise pharma companies and other regulated product developers. Present PROBE’s solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  • Leadership and Team Building: Lead and mentor new sales team members. Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team (currently under development) to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. Provide insights into market trends and customer feedback to shape marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferrably with experience in a leadership role.

  • Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and principles.

  • Leadership: Preferrably demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of clinical trials, preferrably patient recruitment, and the regulatory landscape.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
