As a Experience- and Game Tester (QA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our experiences are flawless and enjoyable. This position offers a unique blend of detective work and critical evaluation, making it not just a job, but a crucial part of the way we develop all our XR experience. Your mission is to hunt down and fix bugs that could impair user enjoyment, ensuring a seamless experience across various platforms.


QA Responsibilities

  • Detect and document bugs and issues, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

  • Engage in rigorous gameplay to test different levels and strategies.

  • Collaborate with developers, artists and designers to refine experiences based on your findings.

  • Verify performance, technical aspects, and usability to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.

  • Serve as the final checkpoint before our experiences reach players, ensuring they are free from glitches.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and testing environments.

  • Extensive experience across various game genres and platforms.

  • Ability to identify bugs and articulate how they affect the user experience.

  • Understanding of game mechanics and an eye for detail in game environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

  • Capacity to follow a structured testing protocol and produce detailed, actionable reports.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in English is essential


Bonus points

  • A degree in computer science and/or game design, or a related field is a big plus.

  • Previous experience in or a keen interest for XR technology.

  • Basic understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Experience with bug tracking tools.
