Bike Inspections: Examine bicycles to identify issues, such as worn-out components, damaged frames, or malfunctioning parts.
Repairs and Maintenance: Perform a wide range of bike repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
Adjusting gears, brakes, and derailleurs.
Replacing worn-out or damaged components (e.g., chains, tires, tubes, brakes).
Lubricating and cleaning bike parts.
Truing wheels and adjusting spokes.
Overhauling hubs, bottom brackets, and headsets.
Ensuring proper tire inflation and tread.
Assembly: Assemble new bicycles from individual parts, following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
Safety Checks: Conduct safety checks on repaired or assembled bicycles to ensure they meet safety standards and are ready for use.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of bike repairs, including parts used and labor hours.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bike parts and accessories inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
Test Rides: Perform test rides on repaired or assembled bikes to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and diagnose complex bike issues, providing cost estimates and repair timelines.
You are a self-starter, reliable and committed
Experience with all aspects of bike maintenance especially electrical bikes
You need to be comfortable on a bike to be able to test bikes and do repairs on the road during rider shifts
Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic, ideally in a professional bike shop or repair center.
Strong knowledge of bicycle components, tools, and repair techniques.
Understanding of safety standards and regulations for bicycle maintenance.
Well acquainted with g-suite and excel
Full proficiency in Danish and/or English
Driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory
Licensed in repairing BOSCH motors is a big advantage

For this role you need to be able to work Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
