We are seeking a highly motivated Biotech/Microbiologist/Bioengineer Scientist with a strong interest in fermentation, food, and sustainability. You will play a key role in our R&D efforts, contributing to the optimization and creation of innovative and groundbreaking food ingredients.
Design and conduct biotechnology experiments in the lab.
Drive innovative R&D projects.
Develop and optimize enzymatic and microbial fermentation, cell culture, and other biotechnological processes.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of developed processes.
PhD or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, or related field.
2+ years of research experience in a biotechnology or food technology setting.
Expertise in molecular biology techniques, enzymatic and microbial fermentation, and cell culture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of bioprocessing and scale-up techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory standards in food production.
Experience in the food technology industry.
