Role Overview:

Position: Scrum Master Internship at Landell Games (unpaid)

Location: Remote

Commitment: 40 hours/week

Duration: 6 months

Join us as a Scrum Master Intern! This role is perfect for fresh graduates, eager learners, and those familiar with Scrum who want hands-on experience in a real project. You’ll help manage our development team, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure smooth progress in our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile mindset.

• Assist the team in defining and achieving sprint goals.

• Remove obstacles and protect the team from distractions.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Scrum and Agile practices.

• Passion for learning and teamwork.

• Enthusiasm for gaming (Is A Plus ) and development processes.
