Our first key product innovations are hand-painted adhesive paint samples ("Swatches"), which yield a 100% colour accuracy, save 98% of the paint used when trying out colours for a room, and simplify the colour selection process for our customers. Our second key product innovation is a new type of flexible packaging for paint in the form of a transparent and recyclable paint bag.
The Operations Team at Klint are responsible for the fulfillment of orders, inventory management, swatch production and production of paint bags. Currently the team consists of 3 Operations Associates working full-time, and 3 part-time, with 1-3 new full-time hires planned for H2 2024. The responsibility of the team is two-fold; 1) maintaining a high level of on-time shipping to provide our customers with the best possible customer journey, and 2) to develop systems and processes to improve efficiency and gross margin as we scale.
We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead our entire operations, which are currently located in a ~750 m2 fulfillment center north of Stockholm. You will scale our operations to keep up with an annual expected growth rate of 100-200%. This will require building out the team, improving the efficiency of the team and fulfillment center in Sweden, and eventually expanding and opening up additional fullfillment centers across the EU.
