🚀 Your role & impact:

We are currently growing our Ads Monetisation team and are on the search for a Product Manager. You will be a part of our Ad Monetisation Team, that owns the ads monetisation strategy of our different titles. It has a dedicated team of Developers, Artist, QA and Data Expert whose common goal is to maximise incremental Ad Revenue on top of IAPs while ensuring a best in class UX. The impact you will have is by managing the Ad Operations, centred around our Ad Mediation, our Ad Partners and the Ad Quality. You will also have the opportunity to participate to ad related product decisions, such as implementing new ad placements or AB testing new segmentations.

You will have a genuine impact on our games, our players’ experiences and therefore the Company’s bottom line. 

This role is based in our beautiful Copenhagen office.

Okay, let’s get a little bit more specific. Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day:

  • Manage the ad monetisation strategy across a variety of ad networks and demand partners
  • Implement, manage and optimise ad waterfalls for several of our games
  • Communicate with strategic partners & ad network contacts to build & maintain strong relationships
  • Negotiate and/or re-negotiate partnerships with our different Ad Partners (Mediation, Ad Networks and any other third parties involved)
  • Make recommendations to influence the product, create new ad placements, new user segmentation strategies, and optimise ad integrations to improve our users LTV
  • Setup and Run Product and Mediation A/B tests to optimise monetization efforts
  • Monitor Ad Quality closely with our internal stakeholders such as user support and QA and external partners to ensure the best possible UX for our player

What we’re looking for:

  • A data-driven and detail-oriented specialist, with strong analytical and organisational skills
  • BSc/MSc in Business, Economics or similar
  • Understanding and interest in the mobile gaming competitive landscape 
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel and experience with visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Sisense (formerly Periscope), Tableau)
  • High level of communication skills in English

You'll make us extra excited if you also have:

  • Experience in Ad Monetisation for mobile games or apps, ideally using one of these Ad Mediation platforms: Ironsource, Admob or Max mediation
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, ideally SCRUM, within a team of diverse competencies
  • Understanding of the mobile ad tech ecosystem is a big plus
